Hi everyone. I have a question, if I have 690 divide by 70 it would be 9 R60 right? Okay so if it's 9 remainder 60 then what would the answer be if I had to round it to the nearest hundredth? Thanks guys!

9*70 + 60 = 630+60 = 690 RIGHT !!!

60/70 = 6/7 = .8571428571
which is .86 to the nearest hundredth
so
9.86
