Each crate moves from position 1, to position 2 to position 3. All of the crates are identical. the coordinate values given are in meters.

Rank A through F in order from least to greatest, on the basis of the displacement from the position 1. If any crates traveled the same displacement, put them next to the same number. Be careful because sometimes the conveyor belt reverses direction, making position 2 further to the right than position 3.

A) Position 1 = 0 m
position 2 = 3 m
position 3 = 6 m

B) position 1 = 5 m
Position 2 = 12 m
position 3 = 15 m

C) position 1 = -5 m
position 3 = 3 m
position 2 = 6 m

D) position 1 = 0 m
position 3 = 3 m
position 2 = 6 m

E) position 1 = -10 m
position 2 = 0 m
position 3 = 6 m

F) position 3 = 0 m
position 2 = 3 m
position 1 = 6 m

for this same table can you also find the distance.

for this part i found these numbers but not sure:

A) 6 m

B) 10 m

C) 14 m

D) 9 m

E) 16 m

F) 6 m

displacement is a vector. Without knowing how positions are located, it it cannot be determined. If they are in a straight line, then F should be -6,
D is wrong.
c is wrong.

I couldn't find the answers for displacement the answers i gave were for distance.

I am really confused about how to find them.

Thanks!
