I'm probably wrong, so do not use this as an answer, but I believe in this: If you are not mentally or emotionally alright, it can affect socialization and health, and it's the same with the others. Let's say, maybe... Someone is have issues with how they think they look. They might not want to talk or be around people, which is in the social category. They might also want to stop eating, or going out to exercise, which affects the physical category. If someone doesn't wanna exercise or eat healthy, they might not wanna go hang out with people and just sits inside doing possibly nothing. They will possibly also develop anxiety or depression from not being around people, not seeing the sun for a while, or for realizing what they are doing. It is basically a big circle of affect.
