A golf ball can travel 170 mph. This is 10/7 times the fastest speed recorded for a hockey puck. What is the record speed for a hockey puck? Make and equation and solve.

speed of hockey-puck ---- x

(10/7)x = 170
10x = 1190
x = 119 mph
