I would think it would be either B or C because it is saying "would" but I am not sure.

This is a "si" clause, when "si" means "if/whether" and the English translation could be variable.
If I knew (were to know, would knowo) a film star, I would ask for his/her autograph and I would put it on the wall of my room.
d. the "si" clause must use the -ra form of the Past/Imperfect Subjunctive, while you have a choice in the main clause = either the Conditional (which you see here) or again the Past Subjunctive.
