just. substitute b-2c fr0m 2b+3c
first aq=b+2c..1,,ar=2b+3c ..b=aq-2c
try to find c by replacing b by it is value so u will get c=a(2q-r)where 2q-r is an integer ..do the same for b ,u will get b=a(2r-3q)where 2r-3q is an integer.
i hope that can help.
