i have to wirte a letter to a prof of mine .. she is a grammar teacher, so that it would be great when there are no mistakes in the mail.. can somebody look it up?

It looks at the moment that I am not able to come to the course at 23. June, because of I need to see a doctor.
I told you that I am diseased with Multiple Sklerose. Now started with a therapy and my doctor needs to see me on that monday, to look wether the medicine works the way it should or not.
I will try to dissarrange the appointment but I'm not sure that it will work because to get a appointment at a neurologist is not that easy. But I hope that if it is not possible to change the date, my place in course will persist.
