Which quadratic function has its vertex at (2,3) and passes through (1,0)?
a. y = 2(x-2)^2+3
b. y = -3(x-2)^2+3
c. y = -3(x+2)^2+3
d. y = 2(x-2)^2-3

if y = a(x-p)^2 + q then the vertex is (p,q)

both a) and b) match that pattern
but which one does (1,0) satisfy?
