The full inequality is

-4 ≤ 3 +7‎x<24

I forgot to put the word and
compound inequality

-4 ≤ 3 +7‎ and x<24
Answered by Steve
solve just like regular equations, working both at once.

-4 <= 3+7x < 24
subtract 3 everywhere to get

-7 <= 7x < 21
now divide through by 7:

-1 <= x < 3
