f(x) = 10^(5x+3) - 10

y = 10^(5x+3) - 10
(y+10) = 10^(5x+3)
log(y+10) = 5x+3
x = (log(y+10)-3)/5

so, f^-1(x) = (log(x+10)-3)/5
