You don't post an actual speed (typo?). so
suppose you have
80 km/h
= (80/60) km/min
= (4/3) km/min
replace my speed with whatever speed you have, then simplify ??/60 to lowest term fractions.

Reiny... I know this question. It is in an ALEKS question. ALEKS is an educational website in which you do math and solve problems. This question showed up for me too! He copied and pasted the question. In ALEKS, you CANNOT copy paste numbers. So when he did that, the numbers did not show up. The #s bike rider is riding at a speed of 18 KM, and you have to solve that WITH how much distance he will cover in 10 seconds, so this is the question....
