How would I graph the inequality x<2y-y^2 or is there even a way that I could graph it?

Graph the equation x = 2y-y^2 which is a parabola opening to the left with a horizontal axis of symmetry, vertex at (1,1)
Draw the parabola with a dotted line.

so the graph of x < 2y-y^2 is the region to the left of the parabola, in effect the inside of the parabola.
