x^2 + (2x+20)^2 = (2x+22)^2

x^2+ 4 x^2 + 80 x + 400 = 4 x^2+88x + 484

x^2 - 8 x - 84 = 0
(x-14)(x+6) = 0
x = 14
2x+20 = 48
2x+22 = 50
