Well, all I can say is I understand you and can follow the directions just fine, but I am no Spanish grammar expert so hope one comes along.
I've sent this link to Sra!
The word order is what you need to see. When there is both a direct object pronoun and an indirect object pronoun, the indirect comes first, before the direct.
Direct Object Pronouns: me, te, lo, la, nos, os, los, las
Indirect Object Pronouns: me, te, le, nos, os, les.
Note that the 3rd person singular and plural are different. When le or les is followed by lo, la, los or las, they change to se.
1. No, no me la apunto. (I dropped the noun "la dirección" and replaced it with "la." OR No, no es necesario apuntármela.

Object pronouns usually go in front of the conjugated verb as in the first example for #1. However in affirmative commands, they MUST follow, are attached to the verb for and usually an accent mark is required. With both the gerund (-ndo form) and infinitive, they follow, are attached and usually with an accent mark as in the 2nd example for #1.
HOWEVER, FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS, YOU MUST USE A FORMAL COMMAND, SO HERE IS THE ANSWER:
1. Apúntela. OR No la apunte.
2. Sáquelo. (accent required) OR No lo saque.
3. perfect
4. accent on the first word = Sí, and the rest is correct.
5. and 6. = correct

II. I don't know if you are studying affirmative and/or negative commands.
perfect!

I'll flag this so I can come back later to see if you have any questions.
