x^2 + 4x + 4 = 0
(x+2)(x+2) = 0

the two solutions are -2 and -2, so their product is 4

In fact, for any quadratic

ax^2 + bx + c = 0

the product of the solutions is c/a, so you don't even need to find what the roots are.
