A dollhouse has a volume given by the trinomial y^3 - 5y^2 - 6y. What are possible dimensions of the box?

I've been having trouble with this question all day. Can somebody help me?

factor the polynomial and you have

y(y-6)(y+1)
so, as long as y>6 some possible dimensions are

7x1x8
8x2x9
