i oppose imperialism for many reasons imperialism shouldn't be the cause of many resources being stolen, a weaker nation enslaving its people, or using them as cheap labor, while filling the amount of money so they live in poverty while you cut or gather the benefits of their cheap labor. the imperialist nation shows and punishes the unfairness of humanity, so that the citizens of such a nation submit themselves to their rulers just as the victims of conquered nation. They become mistreated as well, and their labor is cheapened and their money inflated to benefit the wealthy. people with greater income reproduce less, the countries who have conquered the economy years from now will be nothing but a tiny minority and barely holding the wealth they've consumed.

To me imperialism means a strong country beating up on weaker ones and colonialism is am implication of imperialism. Examples would be Imperial Rome or the British empire.
This paragraph seems more to address despotism rather than imperialism.
