In neutralization reactions,
acid + base -> salt + water HCL can be neutralized with NaOH. How
many moles of NaOH will it take to neutralize
0.56 L of 0.51 M HCl?

It will take the same number of mols to neutralize HCl since reaction ratio is 1 mol NaOH to 1 mol HCl.
