Asked by Bob
What happens to sunlight when it strikes a dark (black) surface? How is wavelength affected? Why are the Sun's rays the most powerful in the summer solstice and why is this not the hottest time of the year. What frequencies or color of light are most likely blocked by glass or other material used to contain heat?
