Question

Mary and Bob sold candy. Mary sold 4/5 as much candy as Bob did. If Mary sold 1/2 box how many boxes did Bob sell?

I did 4/5 divided by 1/2 and was told this was wrong???? Can someone tell me what I did wrong? Thanks You

(4/5)x = 1/2

x = (1/2) / (4/5)

x = (1/2) * (5/4)

x = 5/8
