Actually I only need help with the second problem, and the 7th problem,
Simplify. mn^-4/p^0q^-2
Evaluate 1/2a^-4b^2 for a=-2 and b=4.
Simplify. mn^-4/p^0q^-2
Evaluate 1/2a^-4b^2 for a=-2 and b=4.

Steve
p^0 = 1, so
mn^-4/p^0q^-2 = (m/n^4) / (1/q^2) = mq^2/n^4
1/(2 (-2)^-4 (4)^2)
1/(2 (1/16) (16))
1/2
Note that (-2)^4 = (-2)(-2)(-2)(-2) = +16
mn^-4/p^0q^-2 = (m/n^4) / (1/q^2) = mq^2/n^4
1/(2 (-2)^-4 (4)^2)
1/(2 (1/16) (16))
1/2
Note that (-2)^4 = (-2)(-2)(-2)(-2) = +16
