Thank you, I appreciate it. :)
I can see how the Magna Carta influenced the Constitution. However, I want to find out more about the philosophies that may have influenced some of Jefferson's ideas when he wrote the Declaration of Independance.
Thanks! :)

Hey sorry about the 3 posts, It was an accident. Just a quick question, why do you need to find the sound level difference?
One more thing, how did you find 10^0.148 be 30.2? isn't it 1.406. I do see you used a ratio, but what was divided?
its ok i got it

As shown in the graph below, the economy starts in equilibrium at point E1 with interest rate r1 and equilibrium quantity of saving and investment at q1. If the government succeeds in obtaining a surplus, there will be more public saving in the economy and so more national saving at each interest rate, and the supply of loanable funds curve will shift from S1 to S2. The new equilibrium will be at E1, with a lower interest rate, r2 and a higher quantity of saving and investment, q1. Hence, if the federal government succeeds in having a surplus, interest rates will fall and investment will increase. Market for Loanable Funds

Have you ever tried factor trees? 1050 50 21 5 10 7 3 5 2 Factors: 5 5 2 7 3 These are fairly quick. Good luck!
What is the example? Then we could help.
Assume the number is x. Square that number and then subtract one: x^2 - 1. Divide by one less than your original number: (x^2 - 1)/(x-1) = x+1 Now subtract your original number: x+1-x = 1.

O OK
do YOU just dump your questions on here? my goodness...
Why don't you limit your self to asking 1-3 questions. We don't you your dam homework for you Missy.
The coaster started at .18PE-the .9 is the PE at the top of the second hill. The second hill is lower.
. The way to calculate this is you take the KE would be .9. You would say .9 = ½ (.035 x v^2) = 2.215. Correct or no?
Should I have done this as 1/2mv^2 = mgh Cross out like terms and get to v^2 = square root of 2 x g x .25m(h)= 2.125 m/s Would this be correct?
Thank you! I can't seem to find any other ones...
Yes. Yes, I think so..when he tells her mother Gertrude not to sleep with Claudius, the king... However, I also believe that he only told his mother not to sleep with Claudius because he cares about her.... :|
A 5000 kg helicopter accelerates upward at 2.25 m/s2. The acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s2 . What lift force is exerted by the air on the propellers? Answer in units of N.
Is this correct? I published something else earlier-that has to be wrong but I think this is correct. Force friction balances weight Force friction comes from force normal to create centripetal force mv^2/r = Force normal Force friction = mu x Force normal = mg mu x mv^2/r = mg 9.8/05 = 19.6 m/s^2 19.6/5=3.92 sqrt 3.92 = 1.98 rads/s
Please scroll down for the entire answer-I did it once in the first paragraph and than after Damon's response, I did it again-I think the 2nd one is correct, maybe- Thanks you
I don't understand it... n(n-r)(n-r-1)(n-r-2)..(3)(2)(1)/(n-r-1)(n-r-2)..(3)(2)(1)
Oh ok, thank you! I kind of understand it now and will do some extra questions.
1) Find the prime factors of each respective number. 84 = 2 x 2 x 3 x 7 126 = 2 x 3 x 3 x 7 Multiply the factors both numbers have in common. In this case multiply 2, 3 and 7. Therefore, the answer is: 42 2) Again, we will find the prime numbers that go into 198. First divide by the smallest prime number that you can think of that goes easily into 198. I generally start with 2. 198/2 = 99 99/3 = 33 33/3 = 11 Therefore, your answers are 3^2, 2, and 11.
I still don't understand 1b.. the answer is 10/39 but i don't know... For 2ii) its Yellow: 5/12 Green:3/11 Green:2/10 (5/12)*(3/11)*(2/10= 1/44
Thank you! I understand now.
It's E. A. No, this is a national issue, states cannot regulate interstate commerce. B. The national government MAY and DOES regulate interstate commerce c. commerce IS regulated by govt. D. no, local taxing authorities (i'm not sure how local they mean) cannot regulate something that is interstate.
Ms. Sue those sound like argumentative topics, as in you must pick a side and argue for it. From the likes of it, this is a research topic. So you should instead do: The civil war The vietnam war Kennedy assassination Harry Truman's presidency
I just took a drug and alcohol class taught by trauma nurses (It was required for my MIP diversion). What exactly do you want to know? Firstly. It is definitely a problem, especially among high school and college age kids. Secondly, it's been shown that drug and alcohol abuse at a young age (IE before 15) increases your rate of addiction by a lot. You could easily talk about the social affects, the health affects, etc. You could also talk about the reasoning that people choose to trake drugs and alcohol. These might include: problems at home (parents are addicts, or abusive parents), social pressures, depression, etc.
Can't help you there. These were just points brought up in the class i went to. Social affects and health affects should be easy to find, a simple google search will probably bring up good results. The others you will probably have to rely on studies done by professionals

-7(11-4w)-15w=-27-(50-13w) -77+28w-15w -77+13w=13w-77 13w-77=13w-77 the answer to this is all real numbers. Plug in any number for w, and you will find that the equations will always equal each other.
In case you still can't get the answer. It's 2 rectangular prisms.
Reasoning being: Imagine a cube with all height, width and depth of 4. The volume would be equal to 4x4x4=64 now if you cut that cube in half, you get a volume of 32 or.. 4x4x2. That area is not cubic (cubic areas are always x^3). So it must be rectangular
Your question is a bit unclear. You might have better luck copying the exact question out of the book (or wherever it's being asked). It may help to find the formula for the linear equation. We can do this by: x-4y=100. you want to set the equation to y= subtract off x from the left side -4y=100-x divide by -4 y=100/4-x/-4 or y=1/4x-25 Now, plug in whatever your x is into the equation to get your y value. Not sure if these will help but.. slope = 1/4 y-intercept = (-25,0)
Ughhh this is confusing. - In the VASTS program. I'm just glad I'm not the only one having trouble :P

It's not a paper it's just 3 questions on a reading response sheet. "What did the author intend to do?" "Did they do it?" and "Was it worth doing?" I'm guessing they're meant to be 3-4 sentences each.
Ok, how's this? With the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Mark Twain intended to write a novel about a young boy and his journey down the Mississippi River with a slave named Jim. The novel outlined the values and society of the American South in the late 1800s, such as slavery and racism being a common part of life. Another part of society at this time was the lack of education of the average person, especially compared to twelve-year-old Huck who had the education and knowledge better than that of an adult. Another value of many characters is their barbarianism. Throughout the novel, as soon as a character makes a mistake the townspeople's first reaction is to try and lynch them, which happened to both Pap and Jim. Of course I will add to this but is this on the right track?
Well, like I said I will do corrections, I didn't really proofread that I just banged it out in 3 minutes or so. And yes, multiple times in the novel a character makes one mistake and they send a person/multiple people out to capture them to be lynched. I'm still not really getting the second question though the, "Did they do it?" one. I don't even get why this is a question, obviously they did if I clearly am going to explain the first answer, and the third question, "Was it worth doing?" is relatively easy, all I'm going to say is yes it was, I learned a great deal about the American South during this time, etc. I didn't even have to read the book to know just about everything on the sheet besides the quote they ask for, so I guess it's just a poorly written sheet.
Oh by the way just one character
No. You didn't simplify. -3 (2 + 3x) + x - 5 -6 -9x + x -5 Combine like terms, then you are done.
4p + 2q = 8 q = 2p +1 Rearrange either so it aligns, I'll rearrange the bottom. 4p +2q = 8 -2p - q = 8 (subtract 2p from both sides) Pick one that simplifies easily I'll use the 4p one. 4p + 2q = 8 2q = 8 - 4p q = 4 -2p Substitute q value for q in opposite equation -2p + (4 - 2p) = 1 -2p + 4 - 2p = 1 -4p = -3 p = 3/4 plug p in to find q
I believe you are correct.
Please don't abuse the resources by posting a million different problems. Evaluate previous solutions and attempt to reapply them. Or at least attempt to be less obnoxious by posting the problems in one post. IN LEFT TO RIGHT FORMAT.
2 kinds of models, boats and planes. You don't know how many models he has of each so it would be: 2x He has 8 more than of the others 2x + 8 22 total 2x + 8 = 22 2x = 14 (subtract 8) x = 7 (boats) Since he has 8 more planes x + 8 = planes (7) + 8 = 15 15 planes; 7 boats
5.43 is greater. Why? The decimal is merely a place marker It goes; tenths, hundreds, thousands, etc... 4 tens is more than 3. No you don't have to look at hundreths place because the answer is in the tenths.

If you're not sure how I got that, be sure to ask!
This is one of those problems where you have to set up the peppers as variables. Lets say green peppers are "x" and red peppers are "y". You can then make up a systems of equations to solve for each variable. Dave: 3x + 2y = 3.45 and Ruth: 4x + 3y = 5.00 Now in order to solve each other you can use two techniques: one is to eliminate one term and solve for the other, or do substitution method. I'm going to do the first one: Now you can either cancel the "x" or "y" term. I'll choose "x" Now in order to cancel, they have to be equal, but also one of them has to be a negative value. So: 4(3x+2y) = 4(3.45) -3(4x+3y) = -3(5.00) If you add each up you'd get: 12x+8y = 13.8 -12x-9y = -15 Which would end up being: -y = -1.2 So y = $1.2 Now you can plug "y" back into any equation. I'll pick Dave's: 3x + 2(1.2) = 3.45 So 3x + 2.4 = 3.45 3x = 1.05 x = $0.35 Now since we said x is green and y is red: Green Peppers are 35 cents, and Red Peppers are 1.2 dollars. In order to check, you can sub the x and y into Ruth's equation.
You didn't give me the scenarios, but I'm assuming that you want the other variable? Since yellow is dominant, the only way to get green is to have two recessive's.
I'm not quiet sure how e^2x equals what you put, and lim (1+3x)^1/(3x) = lim (1+u)^1/u = e doesn't seem to make sense either.. Maybe a more dumbed down version? And it is in fact ^1/(3x)
Well I've never taken a business class... but I think it would depend on the sales coming from wholesale or retail. If there was more wholesale, he would have to incur more expenses initially due to the fact that he wouldn't get paid until the end of the month, therefore he'd have to pay more to get more supplies for retail sale, without getting paid beforehand. However this is only initial as he would get paid at the end of the month, so the profit would still be the same ratio. However if retail sales were more then there wouldn't be much of a problem. Still he'd face the same problem mentioned above, but due to the fact that he gets paid upfront, he'd have the necessary capital to buy more supplies, without having to raise more funds. Again, never took a business class, but seems to make sense to me. Also I was a DECA International Competitor... So I know a bit
Hm... Never learned this before, so I'm not quite sure if I can use this. However, I appreciate the effort!
Now it's been a while.. But I'm guessing the nature of an empire is similar to the nature of an animal or human. Like human nature, is our human tendencies. So in a similar fashion, the nature of an empire would be the tendencies of an empire: were they more trade based? More war-oriented? Was the emperor benevolent? Did it have good relations with others? When it conquered did it leave the original ruler in place and not force a culture change? Or was it completely the opposite? What was the culture like? I answered your questions with more questions... But hopefully it'll help you
Definitely. If you want to be more in depth, you can also include the cultural extent! But I'm sure that's a little too much
WOW! Thank you so much! You rock!
I'm just giving back ;)
In order to void the absolute value bars, it needs to stand by itself. So 4=|x-3| Now get rid of the value bars and you get: 7 = x Plug it in and see !
I've never seen anyone use g/cc before. The usual standard is g/L as they are the standard metric values. However you can definitely use g/mL if used properly.
Easiest way, SAT tip of the day... Is to plug each answer in and see which works.
Yes. Children can catch a lot of diseases really fast due to the lack of a proper immune system.

Its B, sorry for not being Ms. Sue
In order for it to be a square, the diagonals need to be the same length. In a parallelogram (if you are talking about a rhombus), they do bisect, but the diagonals are not equal in length.
I don't think you asked a question
No disrespect intended, but you disproved your point with those links Ms. Sue. The second link, at the very bottom it asks this question: Example: A rhombus has diagonals of 6 m and 8 m, what is its Area? Squares have equal diagonals.
The formula is: P(1+r)^n Where p is the principal amount (or amount you start with) r is the rate (.076) and n is the frequency in years

I basically need help finding the rest of the solutions.
figures above are correct not sure why it has me listed as Stephen. Also, hypotenuse of CB is 2537.98496522845. they are two attached triangles. CAB is the outermost triangle. CD is the opposite side of both triangles. CAD with the angle of 32 degrees. CAD has a hypotenuse of 1480.
Looks like its a triangle within a triangle problem. Still researching to try to find out how to solve
