only #1 is clear and concise.
#5 is more explicit, but in a classroom setting, I think #1 implies #5.
You certainly don't want to talk about the summary, rather than the passage.

3. Will you make a summary of the passage and say it to us?
4. Will you tell us about the summary of the reading text?
5. Will you summarize the passage and say it out loud in front of the classmates?
6. Will you talk about the summary of the passage?
7. Who will tell us the summary of the passage?
8. Who will tell us about the summary of the passage?
