Is this a review for you? If so, the next time why not let me know the kind of exercise you are to do so I can give you a "mini review" before you attempt the exercises?
The ones you have correctly are: 2, 3, 9, 10.
1 = a, 4 = b, 5 = a (pobably), 6 - a, 7 - d, 89 - b, 11 - a, 12 = c, 13 = d, `4 = a, 15 = b.
Here is a quick review of the Preterit and the Imperfect.
The Preterit has a beginning, a middle and an ending. The English cues are "did" plus "ed." He did study. He studied. But we know it began and that it ended. If I needed one word to describe the Preterit it would be "action."
The Imperfect obviously began, but we never know if it ended, as we are concentrating on the "middle." The English cues are "used to" or "was + ing" or (here it overlaps with the Preterit), "ed." He used to study. He was studying. He studied (but focusing on the middle.) One word for the Imperfect would be "description." Age and time 99% of the time use the Imperfect.
As for #5, the "probably" means that the speaker gets to choose which tense to use but since there is no "cue" for the Imperfect, I selected the Preterit. By "cues" I mean words that imply repetitive action = always, every day, many times, etc.
Please get back to me where you still have questions.
