When dealing with colors, "artists" means "painters."
The word "drawer" (one who draws) is not used. We'd write, "He's very good at drawing and painting." Or maybe, "His pencil drawings are really good."
The word "drawers" refers to the storage compartments that slide -- in kitchens and in pieces of furniture:

Writeacher is correct. Someone who draws, as in pen and ink, pencil, charcoal, or other media is considered an artist, but the word "drawer" would not be used.
