Yes, they can use it, but they should adjust it to their local time.
Thanks guys, I used this and made 100. For anyone who didn't get the answer clearly (I had to do some inferencing, as the chat was kind of hard to get a direct answer) the first one is, indeed, A, and the second is also A.
