uh, it's "comes", which is "comer" = eat in the present tense. "Que comes cuando tienes hambre?"
"me" as you're talking about yourself. Teresa ME dio una camara a mi, but the last "mi" isn't really necessary, since you have the ME, which indicates, as I stated above, that you're talking about you.
