It might be slightly okay. But people change how they act very very quickly. If it's a kid, then go for it! But if it's an adult, i'd be very careful because like i said, people change how they act very quickly.
I personally think that its best to always ask if the video is inappropriate or not. And i also think that it is best you at least know what type of video it is.
