errrgg..i meant i figured out #2 i need help with #1. My formula is as instructed. B=a/p (Base=amount/percent) My answer is: B=102.00/0.15 B=6.80 so the regular prices is 102.00+6.80=108.80 Is that correcT?

Thanks. I was translating the problem incorrectly. I got the right answer using the formula A=P*B A=15*102 A=15.30 15.30 + 102.00 = 117.30 Thanks.
