Absolutely not. At that temperature (H^+) = (OH^-). At 50 C, pH = 6.63, pOH = 6.63. So what's the catch? The catch is that pKw is not 14 but rather 6.63+ 6.63 = 13.26 and Kw is not 1E-14 but 5.49E-14.
