y - 6 ≥ 12 since y is equal to 12 when 6 is taken away form y, add 6 to both sides, y - 6 + 6 ≥ 12 + 6 y - 6 + 6 is the same as just y, since taking away 6 and then adding it right back is useless y ≥ 12 + 6 y ≥ 18 idk about the solution set tho :/
