Technically, Kayla and Helper are correct, don't give all the credit to latifa. Kayla studied and gave her answers, only one of them was wrong, and Helper "filled in the blank" by giving the correct answer. Congrats to @Kayla and @Helper!
Actually, inflammation IS a defense against disease and pain, etc. It seems to be a reaction to the pain, or injury, but in fact it is our body's way of protecting and healing. Yw.
