Do we punctuate a subject in any sentences like Panda, Bird, Patrica,Barbados?

Well Ms.Sue I'm not exactly referring to sentences..I'm referring to a paragraph that I have to punctuate correctly.

Sorry about that..yes you're right,, a paragraph cannot be created without sentences...It a long paragraph without punctuations so I have to put in the punctuation in the correct spaces to make sentences in the paragraph.

I need some designs not consumes.
