1$ = 100 cents Calvin bought 72 bags, 72x=_34_ cents, where x is the cost of one bag of gummy worms. By trial and error method, 72*102= 7344 Hence one bag of gummy worms cost 102 cents

The area of a circle of radius 24 is 576π. The missing sector is 16 of the circle, so the area of PAC-MAN is 480π. A circular pellet of radius 2 has area 4π, so the number that PAC-MAN needs to eat is 480π4π=120.

yes the answer is 0 , send the x to left side in the second equation and subtract both equation you get y =3 now put it in any of the equation you get the x value '0'.

x + y = 90 -a x = 2 y - 30 -b these are the two equations you get from the question. b cab written as x-2y=30 now a-b then you get x as 50

number of CD'S = x total money in wallet = 59.95 here you can't spend more than 59.95 59.95 = 11.99 * x - (a) x = 59.95/11.99 x = 5 so we can buy 5 CD's total , 5 * 11.99 each = 59.95 so we can determine that it is equal to and the equation is (a).

perimeter of the square = 4a a is the side of square 3x-1=68 solve the equ u get the ans :)

in a triangle the sum of all angles = 180 ie., x+y+z=180 -(1) suppose y=z and x= 9+y or 9+z ie., than (1) becomes 9+y+y+z=180 as y=z 9+y+y+y=180 9+3y=180 3y=180-9 y=180-9/3 there u get y put in x= 9+y u get the largest angle x

3/4c=12 one cup= 16 cookies 10 c= 10*16 =160 you ans is right i don't know whether it is another way or your way if it is so let me know will try another one.

First you find the height after 2 seconds, we'll denote that as y2. So using the formula we have: y2=50.2-16.2^2 -> 100-16.4=100-64=36f After 0.5 seconds, the time passed after the throw will be 2.5 seconds so for this height we have: y2.5=50*0.5-16*(0.5)...

sorry my 2.5 is wrong its 25 i incorrectly put 0.5 for 2.5 but rest can be corrected by that and u get the correct ans not like me :) sorry

what reiny means is that all angles sum to 180 so x+3x+x+10=180 slove this u get x than you get all the angle anf ofcourse your ans too

let x,y,z be angles x=y z=51+y or 51+z x+y+z=180 51+y+y+z=180 51+3y=180 solve y and put in z cause z is largest angle

im thinking so u r correct but how can u figure out b without v(t) and s:( im trying
9 years ago
imm thinking that slavage value increase same every year , so expected years are 8 and value is 1100 i.e, 1100/8 = 137.5 now V(0)=5200 v(3)=5200-3([5200-412.5]/8) =5200-3(598.4) =5200-1795.2 =3404.8 im not sure just a thought
9 years ago
we don't know 's' also right as it don't remain same for every 't' the clue is given for 'S' increases same every year and we have to use it for the eqaution

The equation tells you that 2 moles of NO react to form 2 moles of NO2 This is a 1:1 ratio This means that NO2 will form at the same rate that NO reacts, because as 1 mole of NO reacts to form 1 mole of NO2 . Thus rate NO2 is formed at will be 0.058 M/s
