Let the property of Mr. Mathews be x. Since, Mr. Mathews gave his daughter and son equal part of the property, i.e., ¼ to each. Therefore, left part of the property = X-[(x/4)+(x/4)] =X - x/2 = X/2 Now, he gave ⅓ of remaining part of property to
