Mathhelper you are right but how many letters are in the letter nine? four right and four is an even number so now seven has five letters correct 5+4 equals 9 and 9 equals an even number in letters :)

Sorry this question is not a trick question your not trying to figure out odd+even your trying to figure out if the numbers equal an odd or an even number

You are wrong it was a trick question there are 9 letters in the word twenty two so if you add the letters it is 18 :)

Your not trying to figure out ODD+EVEN you are trying to figure out what the sum will be either odd or even!

But I did give you a sum so you could've figured we were adding letters

1, 1, 3, 7, 13, 21, 31, ?
