Ksp = [SO3][Ag]^2 / [Ag2SO3] = [1.8 x 10^-4][3.6 x 10^-4]^2 / [ ] Would I divide by 1.8 x 10^-4 since there is one mole of Ag2So3?
Im really sorry I got sidetracked:P This is the question I wanted to ask you In a saturated solution of silver sulfite, the concentration of silver ion is 3.6 x 10^-4 mol/L. The Ksp of silver sulfite willl be what? Sorry about that
Sure thing:P Can you help me with one very last question? In a saturated solution of silver nitrate the concentration of aluminum ion is 2.4 x 10^-8 mol/L. What is the Ksp of aluminum hydroxide? I really don't even know where to start......
When 25 mL of 0.24 mol/L CaCl2 is mixed with 45 mL of 1.5 mol/L AgNO3, a precipitate of AgCl forms because the Ksp of AgCl is 1.8 x 10^-10 Is this true or false?
Never mind I found the naswer---the higher the solubility product, the higher the Ksp value
Sorry about that:) I have a question about Ksp though. Say you have a Ksp value of 1.9 x 10^-8 and 1.8 x 10^-5. Which Ksp would be more soluble?
Yes! This is the value I got as well! Can you please help me with this as well? In a saturated solution of PbBr2, the concentration of Br^-1 is 8.2 x 10^-2 mol/L. What is the [Pb^2+] in mol/l? Again, please only write the answer so I know if my answer
What is the Ksp of aluminum hydroxide when dealing with a saturated solution of aluminum hydroxide, and the concentration of aluminum ion is 2.4 x 10^-8 mol/L. DrBob, could you please write down the answer only I want to see if I can get to it myself. I am
