There are thirty members, twelve of whom are in seventh grade, so 12/30 expressed as a percentage is what? Go down to 2/5 which is 4/10 which is 40%.
The understood subject of that imperative sentence is you. How does your teacher define the idea of a paragraph (number of sentences, word count, or some other measure of length)?
Do you know how to multiply fractions and simplify? 3/5 times 4/9 should equal 4/15 after you reduce 12/45 to lowest terms.
