Thank you. I made a 70% on this test, so I know at least 3 are wrong. On #1, I was torn between B and C. I'm reconsidering #3 to choice A. #5 I feel is the best choice. Lastly, #16 might be A.

If f = 21, the value has to be $105 and if there are 70 bills and 21 are 5's that means 49 are 10's which is $490. $490 + $105 = $595! 😄 Thanks...this kind of stuff is hard for me.
