That is correct. Electrons have a negative charge to them. Atoms typically have an equal number of protons, which are positive, to electrons. This makes the atom neutral. By losing an electron, and taking away a negative force, you weigh the atom on the p...

Okay, I take that back. I think the correct answer(s) would be A, C, and D. I don't think the answer is B because that is an observation and I don't think the answer is E because that is a theory.

Just clarifying but C would be an observation because you would be able to feel/observe the heat coming off of it as it reacts, right?

my stance is that he gives his opinion too quick.

also, that he doesn't consider what his definitions really mean before he says them otherwise socrates wouldn't be able to prove him wrong as quick

Throughout the discussion with Socrates, Thrasymachus jumps to conclusions about what the definition of justice really is and does not consider the implications that he is making. This makes it easy for Socrates to shed light on the flaws in Thrasymachus'...

Socrates' role in the discussion is to derive an accurate definition of justice by using counterexamples against Thrasymachus' multiple renditions. Thrasymachus makes it easy for Socrates to prove him wrong because he is too quick to offer his definitions...

Yes, I get that, but which formula do I rearrange to find sin(x/2)? Is it the one for sin2x? I am not too familiar with the formulas as I have been forced to learn trig identities on short notice.

I think the first one would work best, and the second would be okay as well. However, the third and fourth answers don't sound quite right.

If subtracting, add. If adding, subtract. For example, a + 3 < 9: a + 3 - 3 < 9 - 3 Then simplify this. a < 6 Another example, h - 8 > 2 h - 8 + 8 > 2 + 8 Simplify again. h > 10
