Nevermind, I solved the problem.
For each value of the independent there is either none or one value for the dependent right? Meaning that x cannot have 2 y values and then its a function. (Passes VLT)
Option D makes more sense.
D=VT T = D/V T = 1.65m/152 m/s T = 0.0109 s
Vi = 0 m/s Vf = 28 m/s Δt = 4s Average Acceleration = Vf - Vi / Δt = 7 m/s^2 d=vi*t + 1/2*a*t^2 = 1/2(7*16) = 56m
