So I looked up the meaning for direct and indirect democracy. Indirect democracy: citizens elect representatives to make laws on their behalf. Direct democracy: is a form of democracy in which people decide. Thank you Reed for helping me.

Farming began to rely on laborers from distant lands to harvest their crops. C. Farmers began to use steam-powered machines to harvest crops. D. Small farmers forced wealthy landowners to sell them their large estates. I think that it could not be C or D and that it can maybe be B but I am thinking that it is mostly A.

For the first one I think it can be A or C for the second I am mostly leaning towards A.
