Texas would have been a slave state. ... The people in Texas wanted slavery to continue, which would assist with the growing of cotton.
I think it is B because all of the others involve burning which is not good for the air or releasing stuff from cars and trucks and everything. You see what I mean?
Well it askes for air pollution and what cars and trucks release goes into the air.
