the probability that n person buy the book is (0.5)^n so the probability that at least two people buy a book is (0.5)^2 + (0.5)^3 ....... (0.5)^10 which is equal to 0.498046875
First I am assuming that you know the AND and OR theorem if you dont know it you can ask me. Now we need more than two engine failures so three engines can fail OR all engines can fail. the probability of three engine failing is (0.004)*(0.004)*(0.004)
