That only happens automatically for certain lessons. You can check by memorizing the first questions answer layout, closing the test and reopening the test, if the questions are different its mixed.
Correction, the answers are already changed as of December 16 2021. Joeys answers are outdated and as such do not use them. Apologies.
Joey is correct, the problem has been up to date information. Using question 3 as a example, the outdated answers list it as 37, which November 2021 and on isnt on the test as mentioned by Noah Roux Carter-Anderson. Joeys answers will continue to be right
The answers are randomised so its harder to cheat. It's really shuffled. Example: 2+2=? Someone might have 4 (The correct choice) as option D while another might have it as C. This is a effective method of cheating prevention as demonstrated with the above
