never mind it was 12
so Fe did that... im getting confused because i to oxidize means to lose electrons that makes it more positive and then reduction is actually the addition of electrons
Oh sorry, haha thank you for correcting me and thank you for helping me out.
This is all I was provided. I don't get it either.
Thank you.
what number is between 0.1 and 0.24
Thanks!
That sounds like a good title! Thanks!
I'm stuck at part a, I don't know what the function would be
I don't know the answer, but I know that in this particular question the plane is flying at an altitude of 9750 metres.( The q. is in Nelson Functions 11 pg.319 #8)
Thanks for the help!
I'm not sure, but I think that the first sentence needs another comma to separate the state from the city (if Winston is a city in Colorado). Also, in the first sentence, I think that John Pearson is the person living in Colorado, and not being addressed. Therefore, I don't think that there should be a comma after his name.
You actually need parentheses around '2200 + 1.50x' when you are dividing to find the average. So (2200 + 1.5x)/x would be my answer. (I removed the 0 after 1.5 also, as 1.5 is the same number as 1.50.)
"I get another chance" is the hypothesis. "I will do better" is the conclusion.
Multiply the two probabilities together.
2 5 10
- x - = --
7 7 49
There is a 10/49 chance that AT LEAST one of them is running on a given day. I think.
Disregard my previous answer. You should add the probabilities. 7/7 chance.
There is a 10/49 chance that BOTH of them are running.
Ok idk haah post if u like this coment
I understand how the first and third equations are used to find the answers, but how is the second equation (mg = Tcosa) used?
To solve that last integral, you have to use the substitution rule.
u= x^2 + 1
du= 2x
Therefore the integral becomes:
-1/2∫(2/u) du
Factor out the 2
-∫1/u du
Integrate
-ln(u)
Which is equal to
-ln(x^2 +1)
Since u= x^2 + 1
Sorry, I misread that as 2x instead of x^2.
I(220-a-r)+r I=.5 a=45 r=85
Books never written
I did the problem.
I found the fluid force to be 54 times the integral from -3 to 0 of (-y)(2)(root(9-y^2)dy
my final answer was 972 pounds. Is that correct?
note from my work:
h(y)=-y
L(y)=2x=2root(9-y^2)
swag
is this for artofproblemsolving? I have the same question. Idk but I think it is close to 343√3/3π.
Correction. I meant Ka=([H+][Cl-])/[NH4Cl] not Kw
I made a silly mistake and inputted the correct answer of 4.805909915 as 4,805909915, I noticed as I looked at my previous answers, sorry for all of this.
I've figured out my mistake, mentioned above your post, mistypes when inputting answers are a terrible thing :p
The UT (University of Texas) Quest system, Online quizzes, takes it out further for it to count as correct, when I am taking in class tests on paper, yes, it's cut down using significant digits.
Well, I've tried going using 4.3e-7=x^2/0.377 to get to what x equals, I've been getting 0.0069, but it's incorrect.
Once again I was foolish and mistyped an earlier answer, getting 4.02e-4 for my answer. I had not put in the 0 between the 4 and the 2 when submitting.
Remember the system I use for online homework does not care about significant digits, it goes out to /at least/ 6 decimal places. And I butchered spelling rearranging.
1.301029996, thanks Bob
Mole fractions
then what is 1?
thanks though
If it was to be built in real life the difference in height will increase potential energy, the mass will increase, and therefore because it was increased uniformly F=MA acceleration will be constant.
so yes.
So if by LCD you mean Least Common Denominator, I would start off with finding values of 7 8 12 that are the same, so by multiplying 7 and 8 you get 56 which is not a multiple of 12.
so we must now find the LCM of 56 and 12 which is 168 found by looking at the progression of numbers 56..112...168 and 12..24..36..48..60..72..and so on.
so to sum up LCM is 168 for all three numbers.56 for 7 and 8. 72 for 12 and 8. or 84 for 7 and 12.
Thank you! I was stuck on this problem
So,
vf = final velocity = 5.01m/s
vi = initial velocity = 23.5m/s
a = acceleration = -2.12m/s^2
d = distance
I plugged everything in and got 0.045.
Is this the correct way to solve?
5.01^2 = 23.5^2 + 2(-2.12)d
25.1001 = 548.01d
d = 25.1001/548.01
Thanks!
Write a subtraction equation with a difference of 54.57. Then draw a number line to show between which two whole numbers the difference lies
obviously the lengths are 23.5, and 27.
I will guess the length of the lace shall be larger than 51. It shall be larger than twice of the circumference. So I would say (3) 101.
Coincide. A pun on go inside

Thank you so much mili
thanks @slimshady
The dude who talked about Marilyn is right
I believe that the answer to 1 is C because, according to the first law of thermodynamics, energy can be converted from one form to another but is neither created nor destroyed. So, the total energy of the universe would remain the same even if the system's energy decreases and the surrounding's energy increases. 2 is C.
Warmer temperatures increases the kinetic energy of water molecules which enables them to escape the water surface faster
It was all correct

The Answer is 34. Hint: try calculating two numbers at a time (ex. 59 minus 10= 49 then do 49 minus 15 = 34.
Use calculator do solve. 67 times 3 is 201.
What's the question?
The so-called Equal Rights Amendment has never been ratified. In 1848, a group of abolitionist activists–mostly women, but some men–gathered in Seneca Falls, New York to discuss the problem of women's rights. (They were invited there by the reformers Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucretia Mott.)
Thank you so much!!
Is the answer around 18?
2 & 3 is not use in generic use because it is referring to a certain flower.
Thank You Ms.Sue

a snail is at the bottom of a well. in the first 10 minutes, the snail climbs 23 7/12 inches. In the next 10 minutes, it climbs 19 5/6 inches. How far is the snail from the bottom of the well after 20 minutes?

SOrry this was the first part of the question
To prepare 20 mL of 15 mM NaCl, how much NaCl would you need to weigh
I got 0.021915g
I get that. but what about how would you prepare 1mL of 1 mM NaCl using the NaCl solution you prepared in part 1?
It cannot be kinetic because it is not moving temporarily. So it is either potential or elastic potential
No offense taken, Although I want to be a chemist someday. Or a CSI(crime scene investigator) which studies some chemicals
Also I have 100%. I am pretty much a math whiz so of course I have 100% in science you need to be good in math to be good in science
Nice name
Also 3. is actually A. Corn is a renewable source. Wind is not
Yes but not unit tests or any thing like that
Yes, because it says the meaning of the answer in the second fact
what are the answer choices
My topic is pesticides
Good to know I'm not the only one confused by this problem
No Ms. Sue. My problem is exactly what I put. That what my teacher gave us.
