This was helpful¡ Kira walked at a faster rate. Alden= 2 miles divided by 3/4 hr. =2 and 2/3 Kira= 1 and 3/4 divided by 30= 7/120 that means that she walked 7 miles in 2 hours since 60 +60=120. And 60 minutes is one hour. You can convert 7/120 to 7/2 = 7
