It's not A, because as @Drew said, gravity does increase a falling object's speed, but only to a certain point, it can't be B because air resistance slows falling objects as opposed to making them gain speed, so it's either C or D, if I had to guess,

I now have the fact that the Up Country is high in economical business, whereas the Low Country is high in tourism and beaches, but that's really about it. I still need help ;-;
