It isn't cheating. Some quiz questions can be very difficult for people. It never became a crime to ask for additional help because you're struggling. And, if you have all day access to schooling, you can't ask your teacher for help at 8 PM at night.
Lou is correct. Ms. Sue, however, isn't. I understand she is a teacher however teachers make mistakes too.
