Thanks the answer was right, I related it to the small mass and it made sense ,, I submitted it , and it was right
No I didn't get it right :S ,, I did it like this exactly ( 0.0095 + 1.45 ) sqrt ( 2*9.8*0.124) = 0.0095 vi

I know that ,, but I don't think the will give this kind of stupid question to a first year college student. I only know that it is a center of mass equation !
